Starting this 90-day journey is a leap of faith. I know there will be days when my legs are heavy and my spirit is tested, but I am leaning on the motto that has carried me through life: Jesus expects persistence, not perfection. Today is not about being flawless; it is about showing up and honoring the discipline needed for growth.
Week 2: Finding Strength
Renewing the Spirit Through Discipline
Physical exertion has a way of clarifying the mind. As I push through these miles, I find myself in a quiet space of prayer. Discipline in the gym is mirroring discipline in my walk with God. We mount up with wings like eagles not by our own might, but by waiting on Him. Each drop of sweat is a testament to the strength He increases in us when we feel faint.
Future: Staying the Course
Transparency and Purpose
This challenge is bigger than just my own fitness. It is about transparent service. Remembering that half of what we raise goes directly to ACTS keeps my feet moving when they want mid-day rest.
